The ground floor can be rented on its own, and comprises of a large living room, a very big, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with both a shower and bath, a sauna for two people and separate toilets.
Measuring 230 m2, the ground floor can comfortably welcome 5 - 8 guests.
If you are a large family or a group of friends, an internal stairway will give you access to 1, 2, or 6 extra bedrooms, according to your needs.
A separate bathroom and toilet are also on this floor.
An enclosed, private patio comprises of a terrace equipped with heated sun umbrellas, a lawn ideal for sunbathing, a heated wooden swimming pool accessible only by a flexible ladder ensures children safety, two barns, one for parking and the second ideal for having parties among friends.
